Mr. Alexander Wallace is the Managing Director of First Choice Properties

Alex is a German national with a strong British influence from his father's side moved to Koh Samui , Thailand in 1989 as a backpacker. Since then he was involved in various tourist related businesses, as a director of a local tour operator, General Manager of a 4 star boutique hotel before he moved into the real estate business in 1994. In charge of the overall marketing and operation of one of the largest residential developer on the island he helped the company to boost its sales and profitability by setting up a new management structure for the existing houses and projects. In 2000 he decided it is time to move on and created together with a friend the company First Choice Properties Co., Ltd. Known as FCP, this Samui estate agent company has been involved in various major land deals and consultations for corporate clients in Thailand and abroad. His long time residency on the island of Samui and happy marriage to a Samui local has helped him to become widely known and respected in the local business community. His Thai language skills are one of the most important factors for his continuing success on the island. FCP's brokerage capabilities, skills and experience are second to none on the island. With his extensive experience and strong team including the construction arm First Choice Construction Co., Ltd. Alex is now in the position to offer “property fund management” and “capital joint venture” programmes.

Mrs. Karnchana Wallace "Karn" is the Managing Director of First Choice Properties

Karn was born in Koh Samui and has been married to Alexander for over 10 years. Being born and bred locally she has comprehensive knowledge of the island, its residents and the trends that the island has followed since the evolution of ‘tourism'. Her extensive knowledge of the Samui real agent estate business and construction industry is an integral ingredient to the continuing success of First Choice. With a very strong command of the English language her skills and wisdom are essential in helping with the cultural integration and fusion of our client base and staff. With experience and understanding of European expectations she has carefully with her husband Alexander blended the ingredients into the daily management and running of First Choice Properties Co., Ltd. and the sister company First Choice Construction Co., Ltd. Equally her contacts and negotiating skills with the local land owners and their families contributes to the extensive property portfolio and puts First Choice firmly at the top of the leader board in the brokerage market. FCP's brokerage capabilities, skills and experience are second to none on the island.

Mr. Sangkhom Nuolkeaw, "Gin" is the Sales Design Director.

Gin was born in the Southern Province of Nakhom Srithammarat. He was accredited with a B.B.A in Architecture & Design from the well known Rajamangala Institute in 1992. Gin was very much in demand and soon made the move to then “booming” Bangkok where he worked with Architecture & Interior Co., Ltd. for a period of eight years before returning south to open a partnership and pursue his career further and establish himself as a “new wave” contemporary architect and interior designer. His work was brought to the attention of First Choice Construction in 2003 and Gin joined the company shortly thereafter. With a fresh and energetic personality his quality and innovative design work has made him a key player and he now leads the design team. With continued hard work and leadership skills he coordinates at all phases of the design and build offering quality client liaison, and the rest is making history.
